Youth Yoga
A place for kids to come try some fun new poses, practice meditation, and enhance calmness and clarity of the mind. The goal is for kids to learn the connection between their minds and bodies through fun music, games, and sequences. The teachings will help with stress management, control, and confidence.

Vinyasa
Flowing, dynamic sequence of poses that synchronize the breath with a continuous flow of postures. No two vinyasa classes are the same. So if you are seeking variety in your practice, this is the class for you. This class is open level.

Slow Flow
A beautiful melody of Yin and Yang, this class offers a very fluid vinyasa flow, at a slower pace. Mindfully connect breath to movement, building strength and balance. Find your edge and then release.

Restorative Yin Yoga
Yin style classes work deep into the fascia tissue releasing tension and stress. Designed to calm the body and bring peace to the mind, Restorative Yoga enables deep relaxation as you hold poses for longer periods of time. By remaining in the stillness, you will calm the parasympathetic nervous system through a combination of breathwork, meditation, and asana (poses).

Vinyasa Power Flow
This is a powerful, energetic vinyasa style of practice that will challenge you with its focus on building strength and concentration as you move fluidly from one pose to another while connecting the breath to the movement. This type of class is meant to challenge you with movement to break a sweat.
